How To Use

1. Wet your hair with lukewarm water — not hot. Hot water plus hard water strips and roughens hair.
2. Apply to the scalp, not the lengths. The lengths get clean from the runoff.
3. Massage gently in circular motions for a minute. Do not scratch.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Leftover shampoo is its own problem, especially with hard water.
