Novelax Pharma is a Pakistan-based skincare and haircare brand. We have been formulating since 2017, from our base in Rawalpindi, for one market and one set of conditions: Pakistani skin, in Pakistan's climate.
Why we started
Walk into most shops in Pakistan and you will find creams promising to lighten your skin several shades in seven days. Many of them work — for a few weeks — because of what is in them rather than what is on the label. Potent steroids. Sometimes mercury. Neither appears in the ingredient list, because most of those products do not carry one.
Then the customer stops using it, and their skin comes back worse than it started.
We built Novelax Pharma to sell the slower, honest version of that promise: products that work through normal skin biology, over weeks rather than days, and that tell you exactly what is inside them.
What every Novelax Pharma product carries
- Dermatologically tested
- Steroid and mercury free
- A complete ingredient list printed on the pack — not a partial one, not a marketing summary
- A batch number and an expiry date
- A manufacturer name and address you can actually contact
None of this is glamorous. It is also the exact list of things missing from the products we set out to compete with. If a cream cannot tell you what is in it, who made it, or when it expires, that is a decision someone made — and you are the one carrying the risk.
Formulated for this climate, not borrowed from another one
Most global skincare is developed for cooler, drier markets. Bring it to Karachi in August and the textures sit on the skin, the sunscreens leave a white cast on medium and deep skin tones, and the routines assume a level of humidity we do not have.
We formulate around what actually happens here:
- Heat and humidity that drive oil production for most of the year
- Year-round UV — the single biggest cause of the dark spots and uneven tone that bring most customers to us
- Traffic pollution in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi that settles on skin all day
- Hard water across most of the country
- Medium to deep skin tones, where irritation does not just fade — it leaves a mark
That last point shapes more of our formulation than any other. On brown skin, an aggressive product does not simply fail. It causes the exact pigmentation the customer was trying to treat.

- Acnerid — acne and oily skin: face wash and treatment cream with Salicylic Acid
- MEDIX — dark spots and pigmentation: serum and cream with Alpha Arbutin, Glutathione and Kojic Acid
- Neoliva — broad spectrum SPF 60, formulated to absorb without a white cast
- NeoSoft — hydration and barrier repair with Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramides
- Fender — brightening cleanser with Glutathione and Aloe Vera
- Hairum — hair fall: shampoo and scalp serum with Biotin, Keratin and Procapil
What we will not tell you
We think this matters as much as anything above.
No cream changes the skin colour you were born with. Ours do not either. What good skincare can do is remove tanning, fade dark spots, even out patchiness and lift dullness — returning your own skin to its clearest state and keeping it there. That is a real result, and it is what our customers actually want. It is not the same as the promise on a seven-day whitening tub, and we are not going to pretend it is.
We will not promise results in days. Skin renews on roughly a 28-day cycle. Pigmentation takes 6 to 12 weeks. Hair takes longer still. Anything faster is not working through your skin — it is working around it.
We will tell you when a product is not the answer. Depressed or raised scars do not respond to any cream. Hair loss driven by iron deficiency or thyroid needs a blood test, not a shampoo. Cystic acne needs a dermatologist. We would rather say so than take the order.
How we sell
Directly, mostly — from this website, with Cash on Delivery available nationwide, a flat Rs. 250 delivery charge, 3 to 4 working days across Pakistan, and a free sample with every order.
Cash on Delivery matters here. It means a customer can receive the product, see the pack, read the ingredient list, and pay at the door. For a category with as much counterfeiting as this one, that is not a convenience — it is the whole point.
