Yes, Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan.

Is there a discount on my order?
Yes — buy any 2 of our individual products and save 10%. Ready-made bundles are 20% off, and Make Your Own Bundle gives 15% off once your cart reaches Rs. 4,000.
What is "Make Your Own Bundle"?
Combine any of our individual products — once your cart's original-price total reaches Rs. 4,000, a 15% discount is applied automatically at checkout. Browse everything you can mix and match in the Make Your Own Bundle collection.
Do you offer ready-made bundles?
Yes. Our skincare bundles pair products that work together — brightening, anti-acne, anti-aging, anti-hairfall and pore-minimizing routines — at 20% off the individual prices.

How do I track my order?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0329 4361499 with your order number and our team will tell you its status. You can also check it yourself on our Track Your Order page — enter your order number (for example 7927) with the phone number or email you used at checkout, or your PostEx tracking number. How much are delivery charges?
Delivery charges are a flat Rs. 250 all over Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Islamabad & Rawalpindi typically receive orders within 1–2 working days; other cities across Pakistan within 3–4 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
At this time, we ship within Pakistan only.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
